A Portland resident and business owner with real-world experience representing District 43 of the Kentucky State House of Representatives, will be a great honor.

She is no outsider; Lisa lives within a blueprint designed for change and is an advocate for safer neighborhoods, stronger families, and economic revitalization. Her role as a nonprofit leader and transportation professional is dedicated and results-driven.
