Our mission is to empower individuals to have a meaningful voice in local government while strengthening community engagement across all neighborhoods.
Lisa Holliday Harris is a candidate who understands that key components include public safety and health. She believes that Louisville's economic development, job creation, revitalization projects, and incentives attract
state/federal funding.

Lisa is an inspiring conservative mayoral candidate committed to driving meaningful change in Louisville. A proud Portland resident, who is an active board member of Portland Now Inc., leads the Stop Violence committee. Currently serves Metro Council as the transportation sub-committee lead with the Commission for Persons with disabilities.
As a faith leader, veteran's spouse, professional truck driver, and businesswoman, Lisa brings real-world experience and principled leadership to City Hall.
As a Republican, Lisa leads with strength, accountability, and compassion. She has lived the real-time struggles faced by everyday Louisvillians. It needs more liberty-minded fighters who are willing to speak the truth, solve problems, and work every day for the people. If she is not found working with other candidate campaigns, and as a VP of programming with her Liberty group. She enjoys serving as a Biblical Citizen Coach, where you an everyday citizen, can learn countless hours of principled constitutional information that's applicable to your everyday life.
Louisville’s infrastructure must work for everyone—from streets and lanes that run smoothly to neighborhoods that are safe, connected, and thriving. Lisa is committed to building a vision that encourages active participation from every community member and restores confidence in local government.

She earned an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from Bauder College in Atlanta, pursuing excellence as a Kitchen and Bath designer while developing an eye for functional, people-centered spaces.

She earned an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from Bauder College in Atlanta, pursuing excellence as a Kitchen and Bath designer while developing an eye for functional, people-centered spaces.

background reflects both creativity and discipline—qualities she carries into public service.
In 2017, Lisa founded Fox Advocates, an organization dedicated to advocating for disabled veterans and first-time felons, serving as a resource navigator for individuals and families seeking pathways to stability, restoration, and self-sufficiency within their communities.
Lisa pursued Political Science studies at the University of Arizona Global Campus, later choosing to pause degree completion to continue full-time missionary work.
Her calling to service led to East Africa and the Caribbean, where she devoted years to faith-based outreach, education, and community development.
In recognition of her lifelong dedication to mission work and Christian education, Lisa received an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Education from the School of the Great Commission Bible College in Columbia, South Carolina.
She is an ordained Pastor with Warrior For Christ Ministries in Miami, Florida, and has served in an associate evangelical leadership role at La Grange Christian Church, La Grange, KY. Paracletos Counselor, offering guidance, advocacy, and spiritual care to individuals in crisis.
